With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Michael Woods brings a deep sense of purpose and a passion for education to every client interaction. Michael entered the field in 2013, guided by the mentorship of his father-in-law and mother-in-law, both former Allstate agents, after a successful career in education as a teacher and school principal.

Michael specializes in a broad range of personal insurance solutions including home, auto, life, flood, earthquake, and collector car insurance. He holds multiple licenses—Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health, and Variable Life & Annuity—across both Illinois and Indiana.

What truly sets Michael apart is his educator’s heart. He takes the time to sit down one-on-one with each client, crafting a personalized protection portfolio to guard against life’s uncertainties. A Bit About Michael Personally

Michael was raised in the Wabash Valley, where he still lives today with his wife of over 15 years, Deanna and their two daughters, Haley (born 2008) and Calli (born 2013).
Outside of the office, you’ll likely find him in the great outdoors—landscaping, hunting, or spending time in the garden. He’s also a proud academic achiever, having earned two Master’s degrees, one Bachelor’s, two Associate’s, and three professional certificates during his college years.

Michael lives by the motto: “Never let good enough be enough.” It’s a mindset that shows in both his professional work ethic and personal life.
